​​Narin LLC was founded in 2003 by Terry and Bev Dinsmore.

The desire to acquire our first property came from the need to house a national computer software company located in the Harrisburg, PA area.  The requirement for more space and the ability to handle up to 60 employees, racks of computer servers, storage for large booth displays, and an easy access flat roof for communications equipment were the driving forces to purchase this property.

Our second property located in Ocean City, MD proved to be a perfect fit for central PA vacationers.  With only a couple hour drive to the eastern shores most popular beaches, this space is perfect for unwinding from the normal grind of business pressure.

We are pleased to provide both properties to the public and look forward to additional purchases in the future.
